We're following up our Autumn opening party with the legendary Omar-S in September with the first of six, two floor Thursday night shows at World Headquarters over the next three months.
Featuring international House & Techno pioneers, your festival favourites & rising stars of the scene, we've curated what we think are a series of perfectly balanced line-ups, each with at least one Newcastle debut alongside some tried & tested household names to ensure a unique dancing experience in our fine city.
Alongside these fantastically talented artists, we have enlisted the help of AVLab to provide state of the art lighting & 3D projection mapping, which coupled with the best Sound System in the city & World HQ's unique, intimate atmosphere will mean a series of unforgettable parties & memories that last forever.

UPSTAIRS:
OBJEKT (3hr Set)
Objekt is without question one of the most interesting artists around right now. First garnering our attention with a string of distinctive Dubstep releases what feels like many years ago now, he has gone on to be one of the shining lights of the UK's diverse music culture. That is reflected in his wildly eclectic DJ sets which truly highlight the openness to differing genres we have on these shores. His recent Objekt #4 release was nothing short of stunning, with Theme From Q being a particular favourite of ours (& many others), for it's nod to classic Jungle & Oldskool rave. Perhaps the tune of festival season for us, Craig Richards dropping it during his marathon set at Gottwood was a moment! This will be a real highlight of what is going to be a fantastic season here at Foreplay, so make sure to come & join in the magic with us.
WILLOW
Joining Objekt upstairs is a rising star who we're absolutely delighted to have on the bill for what we believe is her first show on Tyneside. Willow has already gained quite a reputation in a relatively short couple of years, first for the amazing Feel Me released on Workshop & then for a string of fantastic it follow ups. However it was really her recent Resident Advisor mix that pushed us to make the call & bring her here. If you haven't heard it yet we can't recommend it highly enough, a regular on our headphones over the past few months!

Where do we start with Space Dimension Controller?! His DJ sets are nothing short of spectacular & we're fairly sure if you put together a highlights reel of all his Boiler Room performances, no one elses would even come close. However, when it was pitched to us that we have him perform live, it was an opportunity we simply couldn't refuse. The sneak peaks we've seen are simply amazing & we know for certain he'll bring that same Irish energy to the dance as he does every time he performs. A first of hopefully many live performances you'll be able to see here at Foreplay & we just can't wait!
