Lex Gorrie

DJ, Producer, promoter & label manager, Lex Gorrie is a man of many talents. He started in 2006 by promoting the popular 'Sleaze' techno party in Glasgow, alongside his younger brother, Hans Bouffmyhre. In the summer of 2008 Sleaze Records was created by the two Paisley brothers. Firstly as a platform to release their own productions, but now Sleaze Records has grown into one of the most respected techno labels in the world.

In Lex's prdouction career he has released tracks on a string of top labels, including, MB Electroniks, Analytic Trail, Driving Forces, True Type Tracks, MBR LTD, Flash Recordings, Brood Audio, Phobiq, Affin, Italo Business & Sleaze Records. His tracks have been played and supported by some of the biggest names in techno including Adam Beyer, Slam, Jopeph Capriati, Len Faki, Ritchie Hawtin, Ben Klock, Marcell Dettman, Speedy J & many more.

In early 2013 Lex started his own imprint called Unkown Territory. An exciting new techno label with a deep, dark sound. Artists already on the label are Lex himself, Developer, Jeroen Search, Thomas Hessler, Drumcell, Black Asteroid, Submerge, Ricardo Garduno, Hans Bouffmyhre, Conrad Van Orton, D.Carbone, Dax J, Mattias Fridell, The Plant Worker & more.

Lex has been lucky enough to play some of the best cities around Europe & the world, in some of the best clubs in Berlin, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Toulouse, Paris, Munster, Dublin, Ney York, Miami to name a few. 2015 has been an exciting year with the new sell out 'Sleaze Records Presents' partys in Glasgow's La Cheetah. Where Lex & Hans played a series of Back 2 Back sets alongside guests Par Grindvik & Dustin Zahn.

VERV

Purveyor of all things Techno with a four to the floor heart pounding beat. Its music that gets people moving and flowing with the vibe that is created. The emotion and passion he has is expressed through every track that he makes and every audience he plays to.

Since starting his journey into the world of electronic music UK based (Newcastle) VERV AKA Chris Hodgson has developed his style by visiting different cities around Europe to see his favourite artists play, each time gaining inspiration that would carve out the path he so wishes to follow. 

Chris Hodgson's inspiration mostly came from artist and live performer Richie Hawtin and his ENTER brand along with all the amazing artists that play for him, all mind-blowing in their own right. This form of music just optimises the fundamental electronic sound he so loves today. Other musicians he takes much inspiration from include Stiv Hey, Fabio Florido, Dubfire, Paco Osuna, Julian Jeweil, Marco Carola, Rafa Siles, Rosper, Ben Klock, Marcel Dettmann, Fer BR, Carlo Ruetz and Carlo Lio to name just a few.

Chris has played at some of his home city's biggest nights and he now looks forward to reaching out to the wider music community. Having built up a catalog of his own music he has some up coming releases on top labels including Airtaxi and Egothermia along with remixes and EP's due out on fledgling labels with whom he looks forward to growing with artistically. 

At 27 Chris Hodgson has the world at his feet and an endless sky of opportunity ahead. 2017 is going to be a good year for Chris as his sound finally ventures out after years of perfecting his trade.
