Octave One, live & up close inside World HQ… Where else could you see these absolute legends play in a 300 capacity room? We honestly still can’t quite believe it, even though they were the first artists we actually confirmed for this series many months ago.

Internationally renowned as one of THE best live acts on the planet, brothers Lenny & Lawrence Burden are the brains behind some of the greatest House & Techno records ever made, including our all time favourite ‘Blackwater’. Their live set-up, the aptly named ‘Mothership’ compromises of an insane amount of tech, so much so that we’re actually having to get the World HQ DJ booth specially extended just to fit it all in. This performance is potentially the one we as dancers are most excited about across our whole season & something we have been looking forward to for a very long time. ‘Open your heart, open your mind, & let the love flow like the sunshine…’ Indeed.

Headlining downstairs we have yet another Newcastle debut (at least one on every show as promised) & an artist who has been on our radar for some time now. With multiple great releases on the likes of Shall Not Fade & more, DJ Boring has been really exciting us with his deep, stripped back style. We’re very reliably told he’s not just a fantastic producer, but also hot on the decks so really looking forward to hearing what he brings to the table!
